Based on the live action law enforcement metal hero show in Japan. Brian, a robot made at the same time as Biker and Walter of the Tokkei Winspector task force, has been brainwashed by a renegade scientist by the name of Professor Hirosaki. Can the members of Tokkei Winspector beat the brainwashed Brian, or will he destroy all the motorbikes in the world? Only time will tell.
