While Hara Sakutarou grieves because of the loss of his parents in an accident, he meets an enigmatic young man who calls himself Al. They eventually start living together. Where did Al come from and why is he always so bewildered and detached from this transient world? Sakutarou is immediately captivated by Al's mysterious and nostalgic ways.
