Devastated by amnesia, the young Wasteland, afflicted with synesthesia, lives in a mysterious hospital called the "library," where there are very strange "settings." Wasteland manages to escape with the help of the young hospital director, Mo Xiao, but he immediately discovers that the world is facing a major crisis and that the mysterious cosmic sanctions convention is about to reach planet Earth, and that he may be the precious key to preventing it all. ---
