Blondinka no Doukyonin

As the Second World War was drawing to a close, USSR took control of South Sakhalin from Japan and started populating it with people from the mainland. Masha, a teenage girl from war-torn Ukraine, was settled into the house of Kiyoko, a Japanese girl of the same age. Despite coming from opposing countries, they grow close to each other, having experienced similar hardships.
